Her name is Louise and you know she aims to please!

Louise is a Great Pyrenees born around October 21, 2016.  She and her sister Thelma (also available for adoption) can be adopted together or separately. She must be adopted to a home with an older (yet playful) dog to help teach and guide her.

Louise didn't get a lot human socialization her first few months, so she may be hesitant to come to you until she trusts you. But once you've earned her trust you'll get her love and affection. Which makes being greeted by her wagging tail and an occasional kiss all the more worth it as her true personality continues to blossom and come out!

Louise gets along with other dogs, loves the kids, ignores that cat, has no food or toy aggression, is crate trained (if needed) and is 98% housebroken.

OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR PUPPY ADOPTION:
    1) PUPPIES WILL ONLY BE PLACED IN HOMES WITH YOUTHFUL, PLAYFUL, DOGS. This helps integrate the dog into your household easier by giving the pup a mentor.
     2) In addition to the youthful playful dog, someone MUST also be home at least part of the day.  Please do not apply for a puppy if you are gone 8-10 hours a day. It is not good situation for you or the puppy.
     3) You must have plans in place to socialize your puppy properly.
     4) These puppies are not livestock dogs.  They must be family pets that are allowed inside the home.

SPIN Pyrs are all in foster homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  Potential adopters are asked to make travel arrangements if they live elsewhere. All SPIN dogs are spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations and on heartworm prevention.  Please go to our website www.SpinRescue.org and fill out an application for this great Great Pyrenees!
