Meet Beethoven! This gigantic Great Pyrenees mix was born on January 17, 2017. Based on appearance alone, foster mom thinks he could be mixed with Saint Bernard and get as big as 120 pounds.
Beautiful Beethoven has a very playful temperament, and would love to have an older furry sibling to play with and to show him how to be a proper adult dog. He hopes for lots of room to run around and spend all his energy. Currently, he is a constant companion to his foster canine sister; he loves to be where she is, either outside or inside. He does not want to be a bossy alpha dog; he is naturally submissive, and gets along easily with other canines.
This pup is great with his feline foster sister; he gives her space, and respects her.
Beethoven absolutely adores children! He can’t get enough of his 5-year old foster boy. And he loves to be wherever his family is. His happy, goofy personality is irresistible.
He loves, loves any toy. He already knows how to “sit” and “shake.” He walks well on-leash as long as you are leading. He can be trusted to free roam the house while you are away at work or running errands.
He is looking for his forever family. If you are looking for a young boy to love and cherish, who will love you as his new best friend, Beethoven is your boy.
Beethoven is available for adoption only in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. His new family must have at least one adult dog, so that Beethoven will learn how to become a well-behaved adult.
