Jackson is a beautiful and super sweet 1-2 year old pocket pyr at only 55 lbs. Although we aren’t really sure of his history, we do know that this poor guy needs to find a home with a lot of love and confidence! He is fully housebroken, walks well on a leash and is working on learning basic commands! He knows sit, stay and ‘hoover’ for when we drop extra dog food on the floor! He gets along well with other dogs of all sizes and has no interest whatsoever in cats but he has not been kid tested just yet. He loves to run and play outside with his foster sister but his ultimate love is to be exactly where you are…maybe to a fault! He loves tummy rubs, ear scratches and strangely enough, hugs from his human. He would prefer to nap with his head on your lap on the couch or even sleep in your bed if you’ll let him!

He is very food and attention motivated so there’s no doubt that his new family could teach him some new tricks too if they wanted! Jackson, is super grateful for not being in a shelter any more and he would love to show you all of his gratitude if you just give him the chance!
